1. النطاق والقبول
تنظم هذه الشروط استخدام تطبيق SR3H Converter (محوّل سرعة) على iOS وAndroid، الذي يقدمه Abdulmohsen Alsharari تحت اسم SR3H. باستخدام التطبيق أو الاشتراك في خدماته، تقر بالاطلاع على هذه الشروط. لا تُلغي هذه الشروط أي حقوق إلزامية يمنحها لك القانون أو شروط المتجر الذي تستخدمه.
2. ماذا يقدم التطبيق؟
يتيح التطبيق اختيار مقاطع فيديو من جهازك ومعالجتها وتجهيز ملفات ناتجة للحفظ أو للمشاركة باستخدام الخدمات التي تختارها. تختلف الوظائف وطرق المعالجة وصيغ الملفات المدعومة بحسب إصدار التطبيق ونظام التشغيل وخصائص الفيديو.
لا ينشر التطبيق الفيديوهات تلقائيًا إلى منصات التواصل، ولا يعني ذكر أي خدمة أو منصة داخل التطبيق وجود شراكة رسمية أو اعتماد منها. لا نضمن التوافق مع كل منصة أو صيغة أو جهاز.
3. الأهلية والاستخدام المسؤول
يجب أن تستوفي متطلبات العمر والأهلية القانونية التي يحددها متجر التطبيقات والقوانين المعمول بها في بلدك. لا تستخدم التطبيق إلا لمعالجة المحتوى الذي تملكه أو لديك الحق في استعماله، مع احترام حقوق الآخرين وخصوصيتهم وشروط المنصات الخارجية. يحظر استخدام الخدمة في نشاط غير قانوني أو محاولة تجاوز وسائل التحقق أو الوصول غير المصرح به.
4. الاشتراكات والأسعار
قد تتوفر خطط اشتراك أسبوعية أو شهرية أو سنوية لفتح ميزات التطبيق. تظهر الخطط المتاحة فعليًا والأسعار والعملة والضرائب ودورة الفوترة في شاشة الشراء لدى App Store أو Google Play، ويكون العرض الذي تؤكده في المتجر هو المرجع للعملية.
تُجدَّد الاشتراكات المتجددة تلقائيًا وفق شروط المتجر إلى أن تلغيها. تتم الفوترة من خلال Apple أو Google، وتُدار حالة الاستحقاق عبر خدمات إدارة الاشتراكات التي يستخدمها التطبيق. لا نطلب منك إدخال بيانات بطاقتك البنكية مباشرة داخل التطبيق.
5. التجربة المجانية والعروض
قد تُعرض تجربة مجانية مدتها 3 أيام لبعض المستخدمين المؤهلين على الخطط الشهرية أو السنوية، إذا كان العرض متاحًا في المتجر عند الشراء. لا تُفترض أهلية جميع المستخدمين، وقد تختلف العروض بحسب الحساب والبلد والمتجر. الاشتراك الأسبوعي لا تُعرض له هذه التجربة ضمن السياسة الحالية للتطبيق.
إذا وافقت على اشتراك متجدد يتضمن تجربة مجانية، فقد يبدأ تحصيل رسوم الاشتراك عند انتهائها ما لم تُلغِه ضمن الموعد الذي يحدده المتجر. راجع السعر التالي للتجربة، وتاريخ أول تحصيل، وشروط الإلغاء المعروضة قبل تأكيد الاشتراك.
6. الإلغاء وإدارة الاشتراك واستعادة المشتريات
يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك أو إلغاء تجديده من حساب المتجر الذي اشتركت من خلاله. حذف التطبيق لا يلغي الاشتراك. تختلف مواعيد سريان الإلغاء والتغيير بين الخطط بحسب سياسة كل متجر.
يمكنك استخدام «استعادة المشتريات» حيثما كانت متاحة للتحقق من استحقاق سابق. لا توجد مشاركة تلقائية مضمونة للاشتراك بين iOS وAndroid؛ عادةً ما تُدار المشتريات من خلال حساب كل متجر.
7. الاسترداد المالي
الإلغاء يوقف التجديد وفق قواعد المتجر ولا يعني تلقائيًا استرداد مبالغ سبق دفعها. تخضع طلبات الاسترداد لسياسات Apple أو Google والقوانين الملزمة التي تحمي المستهلك، وقد تُوجَّه بعض الحالات إلى المطور عندما تسمح سياسة المتجر بذلك.
التطبيق أداة لتجهيز الملفات، وليس خدمة ترفع الجودة الأصلية تلقائيًا أو تنشئ إطارات حقيقية لم تكن موجودة في المصدر. قد تُرفض بعض الملفات لعدم توافق الصيغة أو الترميز أو معدل الإطارات أو المساحة المتاحة. وقد تختلف طريقة معاينة الملف الناتج وتشغيله بحسب الجهاز والتطبيق المستخدم.
النتيجة بعد رفع الملف إلى منصة خارجية تخضع لمعالجة تلك المنصة وسياساتها وتحديثاتها وعوامل الاتصال والجهاز؛ لذلك لا نضمن جودة محددة أو معدل إطارات ثابتًا أو قبول كل ملف بعد النشر، ولا نضمن استمرار طريقة معالجة معينة إذا غيّرت منصة خارجية سلوكها.
9. المعالجة المحلية والتحقق عبر الإنترنت
تُعالَج ملفات الفيديو المحددة محليًا على الجهاز في مسارات المعالجة الحالية. ومع ذلك، قد يتطلب بدء المعالجة اتصالًا بالإنترنت للتحقق من الاشتراك وإصدار التطبيق وسلامة تثبيته، باستخدام Apple أو Google أو RevenueCat أو خدمة تحقق مرتبطة بالتطبيق. قد يتعذر بدء العملية مؤقتًا عند انقطاع الشبكة أو فشل التحقق.
تتناول سياسة الخصوصية التعامل مع البيانات. وستحتاج بيانات تلك السياسة إلى مواكبة أي تغييرات لاحقة في وظائف التطبيق والخدمات المستخدمة.
10. توفر الخدمة والتحديثات
قد نحدّث الميزات أو التوافق أو وسائل الحماية لمعالجة الأعطال أو تغييرات الأنظمة والمنصات الخارجية. قد تتأثر بعض الوظائف مؤقتًا بالصيانة أو الأعطال أو متطلبات المتاجر أو انقطاع خدمات التحقق. سنحترم الاستحقاقات والحقوق التي تكفلها القوانين وسياسات الشراء المعمول بها، ولا يشكل هذا النص وعدًا باستمرار دعم منصة خارجية أو نتيجة تقنية بعينها.
11. الملكية الفكرية والخدمات الخارجية
تظل حقوق مقاطع الفيديو الأصلية لأصحابها. لا يمنح استخدام التطبيق أي ترخيص بمحتوى الغير، ولا يمنح المستخدم حق نسخ التطبيق أو إعادة توزيعه أو التحايل على حماية الاشتراك أو سلامة التطبيق. تخضع الخدمات الخارجية لشروطها وسياساتها المستقلة؛ ولا نتحكم في قرارات تلك الخدمات بشأن المحتوى أو الحسابات.
12. المسؤولية والحقوق النظامية
نقدم الوظائف ضمن الحدود التقنية المتاحة، ولا نضمن نتائج تتحكم فيها تطبيقات أو خدمات مستقلة. إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل الخسائر الناتجة حصريًا عن إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو مخالفة شروط خدمات خارجية أو تغييرات خارجة عن سيطرتنا. لا يستبعد هذا البند المسؤولية التي لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا، ولا ينتقص من حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية.
13. تعديل الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط عند تغير الميزات أو المتطلبات النظامية أو شروط المتاجر. سننشر النسخة المحدثة وتاريخ سريانها على هذه الصفحة، وسنقدم إشعارًا إضافيًا عندما يقتضي القانون أو يكون التغيير جوهريًا. تسري على المشتريات حقوق المستخدم التي كانت قائمة وقت إجرائها وأي حماية قانونية ملزمة.
These Terms govern your use of SR3H Converter on iOS and Android, provided by Abdulmohsen Alsharari under the SR3H name. By using the app or subscribing to its services, you acknowledge these Terms. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or rights under the applicable app-store terms.
2. What the app does
The app lets you choose videos from your device, process them, and save output files for your use or sharing through services of your choice. Features, processing modes, supported formats, and limitations vary by app version, operating system, and source-file characteristics.
The app does not automatically publish videos to social platforms. References to an external service do not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement. Compatibility with every platform, format, or device is not guaranteed.
3. Eligibility and responsible use
You must meet the age and legal eligibility requirements of your app store and applicable local law. Process only content you own or have permission to use, and respect others' rights, privacy, and third-party platform rules. You must not use the app for unlawful purposes, bypass verification or security controls, or gain unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and prices
Weekly, monthly, or annual subscription plans may be offered to unlock app features. The actual available plans, price, currency, taxes, and billing frequency are displayed by the App Store or Google Play at checkout. The offer you confirm through that store controls your purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew under the store's terms until canceled. Apple or Google processes billing, while subscription management services are used to confirm entitlements. The app does not ask you to enter payment-card details directly.
5. Free trials and offers
An eligible user may see a 3-day free trial on a monthly or annual plan, if that offer is available in the store at purchase time. Eligibility is not guaranteed and may vary by user account, country, and store. The current app policy does not display this trial for the weekly plan.
If you accept a renewing subscription with a trial, billing may begin when the trial ends unless you cancel within the store's deadline. Review the post-trial price, first charge date, and cancellation terms shown before confirming your subscription.
6. Managing, canceling, and restoring subscriptions
Manage or cancel renewals through the store account used for the purchase. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation and plan-change timing depend on the relevant store's rules.
Use Restore Purchases, when available, to check an existing entitlement. Automatic sharing of subscriptions between iOS and Android is not guaranteed; purchases are generally managed through the respective store account.
7. Refunds
Cancellation stops renewal according to store rules and does not automatically refund previous charges. Refund requests are governed by Apple or Google policies and applicable mandatory consumer law. Some requests may be handled by the developer where the store permits this.
The app prepares files; it does not automatically improve original image quality or create genuinely new source frames. Certain files may be rejected because of incompatible formats, codecs, frame rates, or available storage. Preview and playback of output files can also vary across devices and apps.
Results after uploading to an external platform depend on that platform's processing, policies, updates, and other factors. Accordingly, we do not guarantee a particular published quality, frame rate, or acceptance of every file, or continued effectiveness if a third-party platform changes its behavior.
9. On-device processing and online verification
Current processing paths handle selected video files locally on your device. However, starting a processing operation may require an internet connection to check subscription entitlement, app version, and installation integrity through Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or an app-related verification service. Processing may be temporarily unavailable if the network or verification fails.

10. Availability and updates
We may update app features, compatibility, and security mechanisms to address defects or changes in operating systems and third-party services. Features may be temporarily affected by maintenance, outages, store requirements, or unavailable verification services. We will respect entitlements and mandatory rights under applicable law and store rules, without promising permanent compatibility or a particular third-party result.
11. Intellectual property and third-party services
Rights in original videos remain with their respective owners. Using the app does not grant permission to use someone else's content or to copy, redistribute, or circumvent protection of the app. External services have their own independent terms and policies, and we do not control their decisions about content or accounts.
12. Liability and mandatory rights
Features are provided within their technical limitations, and we cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by independent apps or services. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from misuse of the app, breach of third-party service rules, or changes outside our control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as features, legal requirements, or store policies evolve. We will post the updated version and effective date here and provide additional notice when required by law or warranted by a material change. Existing purchase rights and mandatory legal protections remain applicable.
